Please note, all delivery time are approximate. The above delivery times only apply to working days and therefore orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday.

We offer complimentary express shipping worldwide. We do not provide next day or Saturday service options on international orders.

Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Our warehouse is closed during UK national holidays and orders will not be shipped during such periods.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Your order will be sent to the delivery address that you provide on your order form. We are unable to redirect orders once processed and cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. If delivery is refused, this will result in redirection charges being applied to any refund.

We use a signed-for delivery service. Please ensure you or someone you know is present at your chosen address to accept the delivery. If you are unable to do so, our couriers will leave a card with instructions on re-delivery or collection from the closest depot.

The prices of products on our website are in local currency and inclusive of taxes and duties. There will be no additional charges at checkout or the arrival of your order.

We will do our best to deliver within the stated time but sometimes international orders can take longer than expected. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
